The individual photo license, photographer, and source are recorded in attribution.csv in the dataset ZIP and in the downloadable source CSV.

- CC BY permits reuse subject to its attribution terms; CC0 is a public-domain dedication. Follow any rights or notices recorded in each source entry.
- This collection contains CC BY-NC and CC BY-NC-SA images. Treat the combined image dataset as noncommercial unless you have separately cleared all relevant rights.

The photo licenses do not automatically license the Plant Scout source code or model checkpoint. Review any separate project terms before reusing those files.

- Dataset observations are primarily from Hampton Roads, Virginia; beach vitex includes additional US-wide observations.
